To check-in outside of these hours you must pick up your welcome packet (including keys/codes for the Steinhart) at our sister property Hotel Diva, located at 440 Geary Street(between Taylor St. and Mason St.) All guests must show a current government-issued photo ID upon check-in and a valid credit card for incidental charges.
