Restaurant The Kitchen: The restaurant was awarded an AA Rosette. The Glasshouse breakfast buffet is served in The Kitchen each morning. A full Irish Breakfast with fresh coffee or tea is also available. In a bright, bustling atmosphere, for lunch guests can opt for something light, or something more substantial from the inventive range of contemporary cuisine. Dinner is served in the kitchen, each evening until 9.30 p.m. Guests can choose from the unique, carefully prepared a la carte menu.

Take N5 to Collooney, at the roundabout take the first exit and join the N4 to Sligo town. Continue through the roundabout. Follow exit signs to Strandhill village, at first junction turn left and follow signs to Sligo town. When approaching Sligo town, continue through two sets of traffic lights onto Lord Edward Street, continue along onto Wine Street. The Glasshouse Hotel is on your left on Hyde Bridge.
